Our two-year rotational programme is specifically designed to build your experience and understanding of our key work-streams, including Advanced Production Systems, Transformation (Business, Digital and Technology), Component Manufacturing Technologies and Digital Engineering. Working on exciting live projects from the start, alongside some of the best minds in the industry, you’ll learn first-hand what it takes to build a successful and rewarding engineering career bridging the gap between academia and industry.

 

In addition, we offer the opportunity for our colleagues to engage with professional bodies and work towards Chartership. We’ll also help you hone essential business, commercial and personal leadership skills, including problem solving and creativity, financial awareness, and effective relationship building.

 

What we’re looking for

 

While success is important to us, we like to go about our business in line with our RIGHT Way values. So, you’ll be passionate about your STEM discipline, be a creative problem solver, innovative and a real team player who has;

  • an accredited Bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum) in a relevant STEM subject* discipline
  • a genuine passion for one or more of the following technology themes: Advanced Production Systems, Transformation (Business, Digital and Technology), Component Manufacturing Technologies and Digital Engineering
  • excellent data analysis, research and communication skills, including a demonstrable ability to communicate technical data to a non-technical audience clearly and confidently

 

We may require all our successful Graduate Research Engineers to complete security vetting, should you work and support on any Aerospace and Defence Sector projects.
